Data we collect
Account data (name, email, and optionally phone and city), booking data (service, provider, date, service address and notes), saved wishlists, and reviews you write.
How we use it
To create and manage your bookings, to share the details a provider needs to perform the job, to process payments, and to send booking confirmations and reminders.
Sharing
Providers see the booking details for jobs assigned to them, including the service address. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by Karpenter.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, and you can request account and data deletion by emailing privacy@karpenter.example. Reviews may be retained in anonymised form.
